Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days and shipped via standard shipping methods. Total shipping time to not exceed two weeks unless it's for a pre-order sale. Free shipping for all customers.

• Custom-curated boxes are made with care, and shipping times may vary based on product availability and customization requests. You will receive a follow-up email post sale, so that you may provide us with any additional customization requests.

• Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we want every dog to love their Paw-ty Time experience!

• If any item in our packages arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a store credit.

• If you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to correct the order ASAP because VIP Pups deserve the best!

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase as long as you email us at info@paw-tytime.com to tell us you would like to cancel your dog's celebration package. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

• Please supervise your pet while enjoying their treats and toys, and ensure they are suitable for your dog’s size and chewing habits.
